🔁 KZ Vibrant Creations – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from KZ Vibrant Creations! Each item is crafted with care, passion, and creativity. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kzvibrantcreations@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the case and do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier investigation)

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.

🔄 Custom Orders: No Cancellations or Alterations

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or alterations on custom orders once the order has been placed. This includes changes to design, color, or size. Please double-check your order carefully before completing your purchase!

❗ Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged)

Digital downloads (if applicable)

Sale or clearance items

Items returned without prior communication
